PRN Position

Prepares and cooks foods for the hospital patients, staff, and visitors as directed by management. Responsible for overall sanitation of the department.

Reviews production sheets to determine types and quantity of product to be used. Plans a cooking schedule and utilization of leftovers, keeping waste and leftovers to a minimum. Ensures food quality by following proper food preparation, handling and sanitation techniques. Cleans and sanitizes preparation area and equipment. Provides assistance to the tray line

Experience: 1-3 years

Pay Range: $17.00 to $26.00 Based On Experience
