About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Capital Raising to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior professional with a proven track record in this area, responsible for leading the firm's capital raising efforts across various investment vehicles. This includes developing and managing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth capital partners. The role also involves identifying and cultivating new investor relationships to support the company's long-term capital formation strategy, as well as working closely with senior leadership to develop fundraising strategies and target investor groups. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Capital Raising include presenting investment opportunities and firm strategy to prospective investors, coordinating investor due diligence processes, and ensuring consistent and effective investor communications and reporting. The role is pivotal in maintaining relationships with existing investors and expanding the company's capital base through new investment vehicles and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the investment community, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the firm at various industry events. A disciplined and proactive approach to capital raising, in line with the company's investment strategy, is essential.
