As Integrations Lead, you’ll own strategy and execution for connectors that accelerate adoption and reduce implementation effort. Lead design and delivery of platform connectors and integration architecture. Build and maintain key integrations (CMS/plugins, tag manager patterns, partner APIs). Own integration quality, compatibility testing, and version management across platforms. Partner with Sales/CS to remove friction during onboarding and expansion. Maintain technical documentation and integration playbooks for customers and partners. Requirements 6+ years engineering experience with 2+ years leading integrations or platform work. Strong API knowledge and experience with plugin ecosystems (Shopify/WordPress preferred). Ability to design stable integration contracts and manage backward compatibility. Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, and Customer teams. Bonus: experience with privacy/consent deployment models.
