Key Responsibilities
- Oversee deployment and activities of patrol officers, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared.
- Conduct training and provide support to new patrol officers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and effectively manage any emergencies.
Essential Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of security-related experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass required training and certifications.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable driving and working on a computer.
