About the Role:

Aggregate Water Services is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Conroe, TX! In this role, you'll be the voice of our company — helping customers navigate their water service needs with professionalism and care. Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding water services and accounts

Process service requests, billing inquiries, and account updates accurately and efficiently

Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Coordinate with field technicians and operations teams to schedule service appointments

Educate customers on available services, billing cycles, and company policies

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus

1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in utilities, water services, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
