Key Qualifications:

• Current, active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology licensure is required.
• Previous experience in an educational setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to support students at elementary, middle, and high school levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage appropriately with students, teachers, and parents.
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and individualized therapy.
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of various student populations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments for students identified with communication challenges.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to specific student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and support staff to ensure integrated educational plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with families to discuss progress, offer resources, and support carryover of skills at home.
