This Role May Be for You If You: Are action‑oriented and highly organized Are intellectually curious Thrive in ambiguous environments Demonstrate sound judgment Think critically and strategically Communicate and collaborate effectively Are a strong team player Demonstrate professional maturity and respond constructively to setbacks and feedback Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage robust project plans (activities, resource allocation, timelines, budgets) to achieve product approval within scope and schedule Drive alignment to strategic objectives and ensure adherence to approved scope Proactively manage project risks (risk assessments, mitigation strategies, contingency plans) Incorporate eROI (Expected Return on Investment) into team decisions and communicate recommendations to governance bodies Facilitate business processes (operating plans, prioritization, budgeting, lessons learned, project closeout) Improve Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) processes, tools, and best practices Provide mentorship and coaching to project management colleagues (as needed) Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline 5+ years of project management experience (strategic planning; translating strategy into execution) 3+ years in drug product development or manufacturing processes (cross‑functional interdependencies) Proficiency in Microsoft Project Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a scientific discipline PMP (or equivalent) certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of critical path, risk management, and decision analysis Excellent written and verbal communication; executive‑level presentations Leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management Ability to influence without direct authority Strategic, proactive risk/problem‑solving mindset Ability to work independently; build cross‑site relationships; manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
