Job Summary As an IT Support Technician, you will provide essential technical support across a variety of IT functions, including end-user assistance, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and the implementation of departmental initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability. Duties And Responsibilities Provide IT technical support to employees and customers Utilize a ticketing system for support Keep up-to-date documentation of hardware and software assets Specify, order, and configure IT equipment such as PC’s, servers, switches, and routers Develop and deploy standardized computer images and software packages Maintain Active Directory objects and Global Policy Objects (GPO) Support Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange, Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams) Identify, propose, and implement efficiency gaining projects/initiatives Skills And Abilities Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset Ownership and pride in work quality Adaptable, agile, and detail-oriented Commitment to learning and process improvement Work Environment And Physical Demands This position involves working in an office environment with extensive use of keyboard, monitor, mouse, and other IT peripheral equipment. Occasional moving heavy computer equipment (up to 50-lbs) may be required. POSITION TYPE AND HOURS This is a full-time, exempt position. Typical work days are Monday-Friday This position is non-remote, in person, office work environment at our Renton location Compensation And Benefits Annual base salary ranges from $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience Benefits summary can be found at ATS-Benefits Credentials And Experience Associate degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications) 4–5 years of professional experience in IT support or a related technical role Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Demonstrated experience in a help desk or technical support role Experience managing Windows Active Directory infrastructure Working knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and related IT products ATS is an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to complying with all federal, state, and local laws providing equal employment opportunities.
