IT Support Technician

Salary: $80,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• We require hands-on experience with firewalls, VLANs, smart switches, VPN technology, wireless networks, and network setup and configuration.
• We require strong Windows desktop support experience.
• We require experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including implementation and migrations.
• We require strong Windows Server experience, including deployment, migration, and administration of Windows Server domains and Active Directory.
• We strongly prefer prior IT support or MSP experience.
• We require reliable transportation to and from client sites.

• We provide onsite IT support with a friendly, upbeat, and service-focused approach.
• We install and maintain firewalls, wireless access points, and other network hardware.
• We deliver helpdesk and desktop support to our clients users.
• We deploy Windows Servers and migrate as well as maintain Windows domains and Active Directory.
• We provision and support cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• We configure and manage network services including DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.
• We assess new and existing client IT environments.
• We recommend and implement standardized IT solutions that align clients with our standards.
• We maintain the Outlook calendar.
• We accurately track billable hours for the billing team.
• We coordinate with scheduling and remote teams.

We support and implement all aspects of technology for small to medium-sized businesses, including dental and other professional practices. This onsite IT Systems Support Technician role serves clients across the Denver metro Front Range area, with a primary focus on the south Denver metro region including Littleton, Centennial, Castle Rock, and occasionally Colorado Springs.
