- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water damage restoration sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in restoration or construction.
- Strong understanding of the water damage restoration industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
