Cassidy Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Due to our growth, we are in a unique position to add an HVAC Service Manager to our growing extended team!

Are you an experienced HVAC Service Manager who enjoys developing technicians, delivering exceptional customer service, and building a high-performing service operation?

Nis Air, now proudly part of the John C. Cassidy family of companies, is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused HVAC Service Manager to lead our growing Fort Pierce operation. What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of HVAC Service Technicians.

• Drive service excellence while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Support technicians with advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance.

• Partner with dispatch to maximize scheduling efficiency and technician productivity.

• Manage customer concerns and warranty-related issues.

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop top HVAC talent.

• Monitor service performance, productivity, quality, and key operational metrics.

• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.

• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, control systems, and equipment documentation.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company safety standards.

• Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.

• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC industry experience, including service leadership or management.

• Strong residential and commercial HVAC technical knowledge.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and retain service technicians.

• Excellent customer relationship and problem-solving skills.

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel.

• Knowledge of HVAC codes, controls, diagnostics, and industry best practices.

• Valid driver's license.
Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $75,000-$85,000+ (commensurate with experience)
