Machine Operator Opportunity
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the Nonwoven Material industry? We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our clients dynamic team. As a Nonwoven Fabric Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality nonwoven fabrics used in various applications, such as filtration, personal hygiene and automotive. This is a great opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and contribute to the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor nonwoven fabric machines to ensure efficient and smooth production process
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain product standards
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to work between 60 -72 hours a week
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in operating machinery
- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
Shift
8 am to 8 pm or 8 pm to 8 am
Benefits of working through Westside Personnel at this position
- Full time, 40 hours a week position, Monday - Friday, plus overtime
- PAID WEEKLY
- Temporary to permanent position after probationary period
