What You'll Do

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in neurosurgery, spine, orthopedic/spine, and complex general surgeries including bariatric procedures
• Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthetic status before, during, and after surgery
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure adherence to infection control protocols
• Prepare operating rooms, assist with equipment and supplies management
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to follow surgical plans
• Respond promptly to intraoperative issues or emergencies

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BCLS certification
• Minimum 3 years OR experience
• Experience with Level I trauma and neuro surgeries preferred
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Prior travel experience is a plus

• Epic EMR experience
• Experience in ENT, GU, plastics, or burns surgeries
