The Night Audit Front Desk Weekend role is an essential position responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of hotel front desk activities during weekend nights. This role involves guest services, managing reservations, performing the night audit, and ensuring accurate closing procedures while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The position operates as part of a team and utilizes hotel property management systems alongside standard office software to execute daily tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-in and check-out with professionalism
- Conduct night audit processes to reconcile daily transactions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Manage reservations and update systems accordingly
- Provide attentive and courteous customer service
- Prepare and submit daily reports
- Monitor security to ensure guest safety
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
- Perform accurate data entry of guest and transaction information
- Complete end-of-day closing procedures thoroughly
