A full-time, contract Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to step into an established caseload as soon as possible and continue through the end of the school year. The position is based in a resource room at an elementary school and offers the chance to work closely with a diverse group of students, facilitating meaningful progress in their speech and language goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Washington SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• School-based SLP experience preferred, especially in resource or elementary settings
• Must be fingerprinted through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40–50 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Complete evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate with general and special education staff, as well as families
• Contribute to RTI/MTSS teams as needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Support students' participation in the school environment and enhance their communication skills
