Registered Nurse (RN) Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is a 55‑bed post‑acute care center on the campus of RWJ University Hospital‑Hamilton, located at 3 Hamilton Health Pl., Hamilton Township, NJ 08690. Pay up to $45/hr. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ conditions. Build lasting relationships with residents and families, fostering a nurturing environment. Participate in activities that enrich residents’ lives and create a vibrant community. Registered Nurse Qualifications Valid RN license in New Jersey. Experience in acute care, LTC, or similar settings. Current or active CPR certification preferred. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. High level of professionalism with confidentiality. Excellent communication at all organizational levels and teamwork. Customer service‑oriented and able to work well under pressure. Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All per diem staff must work at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
