What You'll Do This opportunity is a great balance of having flexibility and seeing a wide variety of patients of all ages. The schedule has consistent hours each week, and you will have control over how you organize your start/end times each day. It's a nice environment if you like using your clinical skills without the stress of a hospital setting. Your responsibilities include: Complete nutrition assessments for new admissions and annuals Monitor significant weight changes and help set weight goals Conduct monthly follow-ups for residents with dialysis, tube feedings or skin issues Provide diet education and counseling as needed (materials provided) Collaborate with the care team to optimize health outcomes This position offers self-management, flexibility, and a supportive environment that values both patient care and your professional well-being. What We Offer Orienting and training, as needed.
