Customer Service Manager

Leading a high-performing team, the fully remote Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance customer experiences while coaching and developing team members. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire a customer service team, fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional service Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and high-quality support across various communication channels Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze operational data and recommend improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of customer service experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven success in improving service delivery and customer satisfaction Experience with CRM platforms and customer service software Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
