Role

Important role that sets the tone of first impressions by being a liaison with members of our Leadership Team, Residents, and Family Members. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the front desk and telephone while providing assistance through administrative and clerical duties to support the Juniper Team.

Responsibilities:

• Greets and directs visitors to the building and maintains a clean and organized work space to include waiting and concierge areas.
• Assisting the marketing department as needed with phone calls and database work.
• Answers incoming phone calls, forwards and takes messages as appropriate.
• Assists in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, prepares and sends communities invitations, notices, flyers, etc. as directed.
• Marketing tasks as needed
• Performs secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs, coordinating move-ins, resident assessments and transportation, preparing resident files, prepares training materials, and assists with coordination of onboarding/hiring process as needed.

Requirements: High School Diploma is preferred. Aptitude for math and computer knowledge preferred. Previous healthcare or service-related experience preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer
