Receptionist PositionOur company is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to support daily office operations. In this temporary full-time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors while assisting with a variety of administrative and clerical duties. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.Full-time, temporary opportunity expected to continue through December 2026 Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM 40 hours per week Pay range of $17–$19/hour, based on experience On-site position in Bainbridge, PA Professional office environment with a mix of reception, customer service, and administrative responsibilitiesResponsibilities for the Receptionist include:Greet visitors, customers, and vendors and provide professional front-desk assistanceAnswer incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and route calls appropriatelyEnter and process customer orders using Shopify, ensuring information is complete and accurateHandle incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate UPS shipmentsPerform data entry, maintain records, and update information in company systemsProvide general administrative and clerical support to help keep daily office operations running smoothly
