What You'll Do as a Patient Coordinator/Medical Receptionist

• Welcome Patients: Greet patients, check them in and out, and create a warm, professional experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, schedule appointments, manage calendars, and confirm bookings.
• Coordinate Orders: Place patient vitamin and supplement orders, complete transactions, and collect payments.
• Support Patient Care: Prepare medical charts, direct patients to exam rooms, and assist with care plan documentation.
• Maintain Records: Enter lab data and keep patient and care plan spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
• Keep Things Organized: Maintain clean, orderly front desk, waiting, and patient areas throughout the day.
• Support Clinic Operations: Assist with stocking and inventory to help the office run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Our Ideal Patient Coordinator/Medical Receptionist

• Experienced: 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a high-volume office environment.
• Service-Focused: Communicate clearly and professionally while providing a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.
• Tech-Savvy: Use Microsoft Office confidently, including Excel for data entry and spreadsheets.
• Reliable & Adaptable: Follow through on responsibilities and shift priorities comfortably in a fast-paced wellness clinic.
• Capable: Hold a high school diploma and be able to lift up to 15-20 pounds as needed.
• Values-Driven: Bring a positive, diligent, and solutions-focused approach to a team committed to excellent patient care.
