Responsibilities: • • Ensure accurate and timely completion of nightly financial reports and balance sheets, maintaining the integrity of our accounting records. • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during nighttime hours, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction. • Monitor and manage hotel security systems, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. • Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any immediate guest needs or facility issues. • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. • Maintain a detailed log of nightly activities and incidents, providing clear communication for the day team. • Assist in preparing and setting up breakfast service, ensuring a smooth transition for the morning shift staff and guests alike. Qualifications: ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter • Ability to multitask and remain collected under pressure • Highly detail-oriented, particularly with numbers • Desire to provide excellent service to each guest regardless of the situation EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • A minimum high school diploma or GED is required • At least one (1) year of Hotel Front Desk experience is required. At least one (1) year of Food & Beverage night audit experience, is preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera (PMS), and Aloha (POS), is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time Compensation: $17 hourly
