We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to engage with homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value remodeling projects. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners in the comfort of their home to showcase MODE Renovation products and services. Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions Perform shower/ bathroom inspections and assess conditions to support recommendations and provide on-the-spot estimates Track daily activity and sales performance to consistently improve close rates Work independently, based on your availability On-going training as necessary What We're Looking For Professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required. Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to obtain a HIS License Must travel to meet with homeowner onsite Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment Must be available some nights and weekends Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs Why MODE Renovation? $100K - $250K Commission only plus bonus 3-week paid training.
