As a Forensic Security Employee Trainee, you will perform the following duties: Patient Monitoring: Observe patients and living areas to support safety, routine activities, and treatment needs Daily Care Assistance: Help patients with personal care tasks and guide them in building everyday living skills Clinical Support: Perform basic nursing tasks such as collecting specimens and recording vital signs as instructed Treatment Participation: Engage in treatment planning and carry out assigned interventions in a supportive manner Security Rounds: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled checks of assigned areas and report concerns promptly Documentation Review: Record observations and patient information clearly in accordance with established procedures Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information Full-time employment, 40 hours per week The first eight weeks of classroom training will be on day shift, Monday - Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Following the classroom training, you will be required to rotate between the two shifts below throughout the one-year training period. You will work a rotating schedule with every other weekend off and a 30-minute lunch. 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Overtime will be required as operationally necessary. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements Completion of the tenth school grade; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
