Production Operator

Job Description Job Description The Production Operator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and safe operations within a dynamic production environment, including packaging facilities, assembly lines, manufacturing plants, maintenance workshops, and food distribution centers. This role supports day and night shift schedules and involves working in diverse conditions such as cold environments. Reporting to supervisors and managers in production, quality control, and operations, the Production Operator helps maintain high standards of product quality and workplace safety. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment Perform quality control checks to ensure product standards Adhere to all safety guidelines and compliance regulations Handle materials and products carefully throughout production processes Track production progress and report any issues promptly Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals Pack food products accurately and efficiently for distribution Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in production operations Familiarity with machine operation and troubleshooting Knowledge of quality assurance and safety procedures Experience with production scheduling and teamwork Strong communication skills and attention to detail & be able to work in a cold enviroment. \nCompany Description SND Services is more than just a staffing company.
