Job Description:

We are seeking a  Sports Medicine Provider to join our dynamic team in  Flushing and Hempstead, NY. This is a  part-time position to start, requiring 3-4 days per week , with the option to transition to Full-time as we grow and  exceptional compensation and bonuses .

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries and sports-related conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for pain management and rehabilitation.
• Perform Trigger point injections, joint injections, PRP therapy, and ultrasound-guided treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pain management specialists and physical therapists.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.

Requirements:

• MD, DO or NP
• Active  New York medical license .
• Experience in  pain Management, or regenerative medicine is a preferred.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills.
