$20 - $25.50 hourly

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures

• Monitor and analyze quality performance and metrics

• Lead internal and external audit processes

• Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory standards

• Oversee inspection and testing processes

• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Train and develop employees on quality standards and practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality

• Report on quality performance and trends to leadership

• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2 + years of CNC machining experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications

• Knowledge of machining processes and equipment

• Familiarity with measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
