Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with active OR and WA licensure for a home health position in the Portland, OR area, requiring Epic experience and availability for occasional Saturday shifts.

Details

• Home health setting serving patients in the Portland, OR area
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 1 Saturday per month (8-hour shift)
• 40 hours per week
• No guaranteed territory; housing near Inner NE Portland is recommended for optimal coverage
• Average driving distance of 30–50 miles per day
• Uses Epic via remote client; equipment includes a laptop and iPhone

Requirements

• Active Oregon and Washington PT licenses required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
• Pending licenses or certifications are not accepted
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to cover a home health territory
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Position involves traveling to patient homes throughout the Portland area for evaluation and treatment
• Local candidates are welcome; local and travel rates are the same
• Candidates who have worked with this facility as a contingent worker may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a 90-day break in service
