Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long‑Term Care Lancaster, New Hampshire, United States Start date: 07/19/2026 Duration: 12 weeks Weekly pay: $1,769–$1,821 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Shift: Evenings, 5 days per week (8‑hour shifts) Setting: Long‑term care facility providing skilled nursing services Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and document administration according to physician orders and facility policy. Monitor residents’ conditions, assess for changes, and report deviations to the charge nurse promptly. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide supportive care to residents to maintain comfort and dignity. Obtain and interpret routine vital signs, respond to call lights, and elevate concerns as needed. Maintain accurate nursing notes, care plans, and documentation within the electronic or paper charting system. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans, safety interventions, and discharge planning when applicable. Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure in NH). Prior experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting preferred. Ability to work the evening shift and adapt to a rotation as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved practical nurse program.
