Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account ManagerAlera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our team. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.ResponsibilitiesAdvise and service Personal Lines clients (home/auto/umbrella/flood and other PL), handling changes, renewals, and inquiries with a high-touch experienceDrive growth through quoting, new business support, account rounding, and cross-sell, earning base plus commissionsEvaluate exposures and recommend coverage changes; explain options clearly to support retentionManage workflows in Applied Epic with accurate documentation and compliancePartner with carriers/underwriters to obtain quotes, submit documentation, and resolve requests quicklyQualifications2+ years Personal Lines P&C account management experienceValid Massachusetts P&C License (required)Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages and underwriting requirementsApplied Epic strongly preferred; comfortable with rating tools and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and problem-solving; organized and deadline-drivenAble to step in and perform with minimal ramp-up; dependable and team-orientedThis job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.The annual salary range is $55,000 to $75,000, plus commission.We're an equal opportunity employer.
