Alamo Cove Rehab and Nursing Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team! Are you a passionate and driven Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in leadership? We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead and support our nursing team while ensuring exceptional care for our residents. We are offering a $7,000 Sign on Bonus for this position and cannot wait to complete our management team with this position! Position Summary The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support and development. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned nursing unit Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Monitor and maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow on the unit Conduct audits, rounds, and quality assurance activities Address resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment What could be better than to build upon & develop a team you are PROUD to have working under your supervision?!
