Senior Electrical Estimator - Mission Critical, Data Centers, Hyperscale

Responsibilities Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates Develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, engineers, and operations teams Participate in preconstruction planning and value engineering efforts Assist with project turnover and support awarded projects Identify risks, opportunities, and cost‑saving strategies Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems Requirements 4+ years of electrical estimating experience Experience in Mission Critical/Data Centers, Industrial Construction, Large Commercial Construction, Design‑Build Projects, and Fast‑Track Construction Environments Technical skills: Accubid or similar estimating software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, blueprint and specification interpretation, strong understanding of NEC and electrical systems Professional skills: strong communication and collaboration abilities, high attention to detail and organization, strategic and analytical thinking, ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, self‑motivated with a solutions‑oriented mindset High School Diploma or GED required Post‑secondary education or industry certifications preferred Valid driver’s license Ability to pass background check and drug screening #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
