In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help guide timely responses to security-related concerns. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $27.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency communication activities at a technology-focused location. Monitor dispatch systems, phones, radios, alarms, and/or electronic reporting tools to receive calls for service and route security-related personnel to incidents, priority requests, and routine assignments. Document incidents, service requests, and shift activity in logs and reports, relaying timely updates to supervisors, client contacts, and/or emergency responders in a calm, problem-solving manner. Coordinate responses to incidents, critical situations, and after-hours issues by gathering details, maintaining communication with field personnel, and helping to support orderly escalation when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrol support activities, including tracking officer status, monitoring coverage across the business and perimeter, and helping to maintain awareness of changing site conditions. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
