Louisville, KY | $18.00/hour | TIME-AND-A-HALF OVERTIME | Temporary

We are hiring 2 Production Assistants to support our team at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, KY.

EARN MORE WITH OVERTIME!

Starting pay is $18.00/hour, with overtime paid at TIME AND A HALF when applicable.

Regular Pay: $18.00/hour
Overtime Pay: $27.00/hour when applicable

This is a great short-term opportunity for dependable individuals who want to work additional hours and maximize their earning potential during the assignment.

FULL AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

Must be available to work EVERY DAY from September 15 through September 28.

Candidates must be available for the entire assignment period and willing to work additional hours when needed.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for 2 dependable Production Assistants to support our team with the setup, movement, organization, and handling of furniture, equipment, materials, and supplies.

This is an active, hands-on position. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, works well with a team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep production moving.

JOB DUTIES

• Assist the production team with moving furniture and equipment from point A to point B
• Assist with setting up and organizing furniture, equipment, and materials
• Pick up and deliver materials and supplies as needed
• Occasionally run to local stores to pick up last-minute production items
• Load, unload, pick up, and move equipment and materials
• Set, sort, and organize items according to team instructions
• Charge equipment and make sure equipment is ready for use
• Move equipment throughout the facility and work areas
• Help maintain an organized and efficient production area
• Follow instructions from production leads and supervisors
• Assist team members with various production-related tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available every day from September 15 through September 28
• Willingness to work additional hours when needed
• Dependable and punctual
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull furniture, equipment, and materials
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical work for extended periods
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous production, event, moving, warehouse, delivery, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
