Position Overview As a Marketing Specialist Senior within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Tyson’s Corner, VA; Birmingham, AL; Chicago, IL; or Houston, TX. This role focuses on developing integrated growth marketing programs that deliver multi‑channel campaigns aimed at improving cross‑sell penetration and strengthening portfolio retention within Small Business product verticals. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of cross‑sell, retention, and engagement campaigns across channels (CIM, email, branch), elevating creative quality and strengthening overall marketing strategy. Maintain exposure to and working knowledge of Small Business Merchant Payments and Borrowing product verticals. Own end‑to‑end campaign delivery, coordinating with internal partners, vendors, and agencies and ensuring all work follows required review and approval processes. Partner closely with business and product teams to assess needs, provide recommendations, and confidently present strategies and results in meetings. Collaborate with digital partners to optimize .com experiences, ensuring a seamless customer journey from campaign entry points to landing pages. Work with sales teams to identify gaps and align marketing support; manage SharePoint collateral backlog and keep materials in Seismic and Brand Center current and effectively communicated. Monitor campaign performance, analyze engagement data, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve outcomes and ROI. Develop and execute more complex marketing programs, including advertising, sales content, and internal communications. Proactively collect and synthesize data to identify trends and strategic implications. Ensure all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework and coordinate with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners. Partner with agencies, third parties, and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs and initiatives. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of B2B or C2B marketing experience; financial services experience is a plus. Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Confidence in leading meetings and engaging with stakeholders. Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with cross‑functional partners. Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills.
