Field Marketing Specialist

Overview Reporting to the Manager, Field Marketing, the Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) helps bring local marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives to life within their region. Working closely with the Field Marketing Manager (FMM), this role builds meaningful relationships across local communities, campuses, and cultural spaces to better understand the interests, trends, and experiences that shape the market. The FMS gathers local insights and collaborates on the development and execution of creative marketing programs that reflect the needs and interests of their region. This includes supporting initiatives across consumer engagement, sports, culture, and communications, while partnering with on-premise and off-premise teams to maximize impact. As a field-based role, the FMS works closely with a team of Student Marketeers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities while helping create authentic brand experiences on campus and throughout the local market. The role plays a key part in building connections with new consumers and fostering engagement within the communities it serves.
