Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense

Job Overview: A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense in West Palm Beach, FL. This role offers the opportunity to litigate and lead in various cases, including premises liability, products liability, construction defect, personal injury, commercial auto, and commercial trucking. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and collaborate with experienced partners. Duties Review claim files and analyze case strategy. Attend court hearings and depositions. Prepare litigation pleadings, strategic discovery, and motions. Provide tactical feedback to clients responsively. Requirements Florida Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing. 2-10 years of experience; insurance defense experience preferred. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and perform required duties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Florida Bar Admission.
