Real Estate Associate Attorney
A highly regarded real estate law practice is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 6+ years of experience to join its growing transactional team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters alongside accomplished attorneys representing institutional and private clients across complex transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Structure, negotiate, and document complex commercial real estate transactions
- Advise clients on joint venture formations and ongoing venture matters
- Manage acquisitions and dispositions of diverse real estate assets
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, investors, and counterparties on high-value transactions
- Take on meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Significant experience with:
- Joint ventures
- Acquisitions
- Dispositions
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Solid foundational legal training from a respected practice
- California Bar admission strongly preferred
