About the Role:

David Rosario is looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach

Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

Present and sell insurance policies including auto, home, life, and commercial lines

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and renewals

Follow up on quotes, applications, and policy inquiries in a timely manner

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals

Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and state insurance regulations

Requirements:

Active Maryland Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)

Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals

Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
