Job Posting: Office & Operations Coordinator Location: Columbus, Ohio (In-Office)Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an energetic, highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Office & Operations Coordinator to serve as a central hub for day-to-day office management, executive support, and employee experience.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in creating a polished, efficient, and welcoming workplace.You'll support leadership, coordinate office operations, assist with onboarding and HR administration, and help ensure the office runs smoothly for employees, visitors, and partners.In short: you're the person who makes everything work.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOffice & Facilities OperationsServe as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming deliveriesManage reception functions including phone, mail, shipping/receiving, and office communicationsEnsure common spaces (conference rooms, kitchens, reception area, and workrooms) are organized and well-stockedCoordinate vendor relationships for office supplies, catering, maintenance, parking, and security accessOversee office logistics including conference room scheduling and day-to-day facilities needsExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide high-level calendar and scheduling support for senior leadersCoordinate meetings, interviews, and executive visits with professionalism and discretionAssist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistical planning for internal and external stakeholdersSupport special projects from planning through executionPeople Ops & Onboarding SupportCoordinate onboarding activities including orientation and workspace setupSupport training programs, compliance initiatives, and employee engagement effortsMarketing SupportHandle network engagement, including press releases, event presence, follow-through, and ongoing connectionsSupport with day-to-day channels including LinkedIn, website updates, SalesForce, and brand consistencyAdditional special projects as neededEvents & CulturePlan and execute employee events, company outings, and internal programsCoordinate catering and logistics for team meetings, celebrations, and firm-wide gatheringsHelp foster a welcoming, collaborative office culture and strong employee experienceQUALIFICATIONSRequired2-5+ years of experience in office coordination, executive administration, and operations supportExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential mattersProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)PreferredBachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teamsExperience with tools like SharePoint, Canva, or internal communication platformsStrong vendor management and event coordination backgroundWHAT WE OFFERA collaborative, mission-driven workplaceOpportunities for professional growth across operations, marketing, and executive supportSalary of $90,000 plus competitive benefitsA role at the center of an energetic and high-performing teamWHO WE AREStonehenge Partners is an Ohio-based private equity firm that focuses exclusively on investing in leading middle market companies.
