Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk will support the Accounts Payable functions within the accounting department and work closely with team members to support our suppliers, vendors, or other organizations/individuals. This is a temporary assignment through the end of the year, with the possibility of extending longer. The wage range is $19-$22 an hour. Primary Responsibilities: Matching A/P invoicing with receivers Entering A/P invoicing into ERP system, matching to the PO issued Work with vendors on problem resolution Filing all unpaid invoices Pulling invoices to match to checks Working with Receiving / Stockroom / Purchasing / Program Management to resolve discrepancies Other accounting projects and tasks as assigned QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience): High School Diploma or equivalent 1 - 3 years relevant experience Knowledge of computerized accounting systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Accurate Data Entry Skills Detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
