Qualified individuals are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Document and update every customer interaction accurately with pertinent details. Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and delivering excellent service. Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics. Adhere to WOW Operating Way standards for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery. Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and participate in daily production walks with the management team as required. Support team members as needed and participate in monthly health & safety meetings and training sessions. Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance and uphold the company’s core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect. Qualifications Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines. High School Diploma or equivalent; awareness of where to find answers. Basic computer skills; DRP compliance; willingness to complete I-CAR training.
