Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting the assembly of high-quality door units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title Assembly Worker / Assembly Specialist Location Charlotte, NC Pay Range $20.5 Shift 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:15 AM, Monday - Thursday. Responsibilities Work on assigned production lines following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for specific tasks. Measure, cut, and assemble door units accurately and efficiently. Assist with manual labor tasks and ensure materials meet quality standards by verifying against the bill of materials. Palletize, wrap, and label finished units, ensuring proper handling and storage. Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications and tolerances. Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, and squatting. Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure. Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
