Hiring Assemblers ASAP 1st/ Weekend shift $20-24/hr Charlotte, NC Job Responsibilities: Assemble components using hand and power tools Align, position, and fasten parts into assemblies and subassemblies Install wire labels and device tags Read and interpret job orders and production instructions Track work in the Epicor ERP system Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Inspect completed units for quality, accuracy, and customer requirements Identify wire gauges, colors, and ampacities Use measuring tools (tape measure) for accuracy Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly Help troubleshoot production issues with team members Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE requirements Skills & Qualifications: 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect components and sub-assemblies being produced. Stand for long periods of time. Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis. Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English. Limited understanding of PLC, VFD and Circuit Breakers. Understand and know the differences between NEMA ratings of enclosures. Knowledgeable of identifying wire gauges, colors and understanding ampacities. Why Work Here?
