• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (under 1 year of experience welcome).
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Basic technical and computer skills to log and track package data.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently to hit daily deadlines.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend shift active (standing, walking, bending, reaching).
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed and meet site-specific security/health protocols.

Responsibilities

• Package & Mail Management: Safely receive, log, track, and deliver mail and packages using digital inventory tools.
• Customer Support: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and promptly resolve requests via email, phone, text, or in person.
• Operations & Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep on mailroom equipment and complete daily office service tasks.
• Team Success: Help document site processes, cross-train in office services, and keep management updated on client needs.
