PT Long Term Afterschool (Wed & Fri 2-8pm). Special Needs Experience Required.

Afterschool babysitter for 6‑year‑old boy who is autistic/non‑verbal, uses AAC, very active and social, along with a neurotypical 2.5‑year‑old boy. Schedule is: 6‑year‑old from 2‑5pm, then pick up second child at daycare. Help prepare dinner and support feeding, bath and bedtime routines. Position is long term for Wednesday and Friday (flexible to end shift before 8pm based upon parents’ work schedule). Thorough training will be provided and no solo shifts with both children until comfortable in role – think mother’s helper to start when caring for both children. Must have own transportation. Car seats will be provided. Must be patient, assertive and capable of managing two very energetic boys.
