About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director / Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide comprehensive operational and strategic leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, and maintaining strict compliance with state and federal regulations. This role demands a leader who can manage fiscal resources effectively, foster a collaborative workplace culture, and engage with residents and their families to promote a resident-focused environment. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to staff, managing budgets, and leading quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Applicants for the Executive Director / LNHA position at the company must hold an active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Connecticut and have a proven track record of executive or administrator leadership within a skilled nursing facility.
