About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director / Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide comprehensive operational and strategic leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, and maintaining strict compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires a strong focus on fiscal management, fostering a collaborative workplace culture, and engaging with residents and their families to promote a resident-centered care environment. The Executive Director will also lead quality assurance, regulatory audit preparation, and performance improvement initiatives, and will be expected to participate in community engagement and other organizational activities. Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted LNHA license in the State of Connecticut and have a proven track record of executive or administrator leadership within a skilled nursing facility. Key qualifications include in-depth knowledge of state and federal nursing facility regulations, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership skills. The role demands a leader with the ability to make sound decisions, mentor staff, and build cohesive teams.
