FRANKLIN INDUSTRIES is looking for employees to work on it's Manufacturing Line. The Farm Manufacturing Line Associate safely manufactures high-quality farm products by operating and supporting production equipment throughout the Farm Department. Associates are expected to learn and perform all seven production line positions while maintaining safety, quality, housekeeping, and production standards.This position works as part of a team to ensure customer orders are produced efficiently, accurately, and on time. $17/hour, depending on previous experience. (OT is paid at 1.5x pay after 40 hours).
