Lewisville, TX Job Title Technical Architect - Salesforce Responsibilities Lead and manage end‑to‑end Salesforce projects. Translate business requirements into well‑architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products. Ownership of all end‑to‑end technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd‑party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development. Serve as a trusted advisor to the client. Guide customers and colleagues in rationalising and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value. Work collaboratively and teach complex concepts, applying creative and prescriptive thinking. Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution. Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third‑party partners. Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artefacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable. Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs. Identify and lead strategic initiatives to grow the practice, contributing to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertise. Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform. Lead the technical architecture team for an enterprise‑level customer engagement. Participate in pre‑sales activities such as discovery, technical deep‑dive sessions, and Proof‑of‑Concept development with prospects. Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations. Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware). Qualifications 12+ years of architecture experience with at least 10+ years on the Salesforce platform. Strong application design skills combined with data, integration, and security architecture skills. Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimise business processes via technology and integration. Advanced structured programming knowledge (Apex, Force.com, .Net, Java). Relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods. In‑depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints. Understanding of web services and other technologies that transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.com. Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail‑oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies. Strong technical foundation and problem‑solving ability. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related field. Salary $100,000 - $180,000 per year.
